Theo De Angelis is a Classic Physique Athlete Bodybuilder and Certified Personal Trainer  by the IFBB Academy (International).

Started in the sport for over 15 years, having acquired knowledge  in weight training and diet plans development until reaching an advanced competitive level.   

He has  expressive results in sports including TOP 1 Mr. Santos Classic Physique Novice 2019 and TOP 2 Mr. Santos Classic Physique Open 2019. He provides online coaching programs and he is the author of several training and nutrition programs  for athletes and non-athletes.
